Arts SA -The Government of South Australia, through Arts SA, builds on South Australia's creative profile and fosters a culture of artistic excellence and endeavour.

Arts SA's support and funding program helps South Australian artists and arts organisations such as the Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival, with targeted initiatives
that foster innovation, vision, originality and leadership.

In 2008 the Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival received funds through the Health Promotion through the Arts programme which is a joint initiative between ArtsSA and the Department of Health (Health Promotion Branch).

Festivals Australia - The Australian Government is proud to be associated with the Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival. The 'Variety amongst the Vines' event was made possible by Festivals Australia, an Australian Government program which supports cultural activity at regional and community festivals. Through this program, festivals across Australia are able to present quality cultural events, providing greater access for more Australians to a wider range of cultural activity.

South Australian Tourism Commission - The South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC) supports the Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival through Events South Australia, which is the major events division of the SATC. The South Australian Tourism Commission provides financial and marketing support to organisations conducting tourism events that are capable of generating an increase in visitor activity in South Australia and which lift the profile of its tourism regions within and beyond the State.
