2011 John Shaw Neilson Art Prize $5000
2011 Youth Art Prize (formerly Robert Riddoch Rymill Memorial Art Prize) $100

This prize celebrates the poetry of John Shaw Neilson and his connection to Penola. Create a 2D artwork, suitably framed and ready for hanging, the subject of which will be the inspiration gained from the poetry of John Shaw Neilson. The winning entry will be acquired by the festival committee and hung on permenant public display.
 
The 2011 John Shaw Neilson Art Prize and the Youth Art Prize are proudly supported by The Balnaves Foundation, Penola High School and Raidis Estate.

Both exhibtions will be on show at Penola High School, Cameron Street, Penola from Friday, 13 May through to Sunday, 22 May 2011.

Submission Deadline
Entries are to be delivered to the Penola High School by Friday, May 6.
